Supportive, Affirming Therapy Tailored to Your Needs
Serving the LGBTQIA2S+ Community
About
Eli Cuda
I specialize in providing care for the LGBTQIA2S+ community with a focus on
trauma/ PTSD/ CPTSD, religion/ cult recovery, anxiety, gender & sexuality exploration, OCD, phobias, and shame.
I use a mindfulness-based and client centered approach to meet your individual needs. I bring a mixture of styles to my work, including interventions from narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and several other therapeutic modalities. Additionally, I am trained in both EMDR and Exposure and Response Prevention and offer these modalities to those interested.

I am currently supervised by Rainer Quinn Catkin Rivenburgh, MAAT, ATR-BC, ATCS, LAT, LPC, SEP and am working toward licensure in the state of Oregon.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. All sliding scale spots are currently full.
