I use a mindfulness-based and client centered approach to meet your individual needs. I bring a mixture of styles to my work, including interventions from I-CBT, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and several other therapeutic modalities. ​
